I'm Julian Thorpe, founder of AppAI Process. I started this business because I kept seeing small businesses waste hours on things their software could already handle, or lose leads simply because no one was there to reply.
Before this, I spent three years building AI decision-making systems for Australia's Defence Science and Technology Group, where reliability wasn't optional. I bring that same standard to every system I build, whether it's a one-page website delivered in 24 hours or an AI chat agent handling your after-hours enquiries.
Most of my work falls into three buckets. Fast, affordable websites for businesses that just need to look legitimate online. AI chatbots and automated phone systems that qualify leads and book appointments while you're on the tools.
