I'm Julian Thorpe, founder of AppAI Process. I started this business because I kept seeing small businesses waste hours on things their software could already handle, or lose customers simply because no one was there to reply.
Before this, I spent three years building AI for Australia's Defence Science and Technology Group. Those systems had to work, every time. I build the same way now, whether the job is a one-page website or an AI Receptionist that handles after-hours enquiries.
I do three kinds of work. Fast, affordable websites for businesses that just need to look the part online. An AI Receptionist that answers questions and books jobs while you're busy. And automation that links the apps you already use, so you stop copy-pasting data between them.
