These terms apply to all website design and related services provided by AppAI Process (Julian Thorpe, Christchurch, New Zealand). By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
All prices are in NZD and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full before work begins. All sales are final — no refunds once work has started.
We will build your website as described in the package you purchased. Delivery times start from when we receive your completed intake form and all required content (photos, copy, etc). We are not responsible for delays caused by late content delivery.
You confirm that any content, images, or logos you provide are owned by you or that you have the right to use them. AppAI Process takes no responsibility for copyright issues arising from client-supplied content.
Monthly hosting is billed separately and is month-to-month with no lock-in. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Once payment is received in full, you own your website. AppAI Process retains the right to display your site as an example of our work unless you request otherwise.
AppAI Process is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, or data arising from your website or its downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
