Tier 1 (Single-Page Site) is 5 business days. Tier 2 (Standard Business Site) is 10 business days. Tier 3 (Custom Brand Site) is 20 business days. Tier 4 (Tailored Build) starts from 20 business days, with the exact timeline agreed during the scoping call. The clock starts once I have your payment and your completed content form.
What is the difference between a Template and a Custom design?▼
Template tiers use a polished, professional layout I adapt to your brand colours, logo, photos, and copy. Custom tiers start from a blank page and are designed specifically for your business, with bespoke layout, structure, and visual identity decisions.
What do I need to provide?▼
After payment you will receive a short form to fill out with your business name, services, contact details, and any photos or logo you want used. If you do not have photos, I can use professional stock images.
What is included with every package?▼
Every AppAI website includes SEO basics, an SSL certificate, mobile optimisation, GST-compliant invoicing, and customer capture to your inbox. 99.9% uptime hosting infrastructure is included when you choose the Managed Care hosting plan.
Do I have to choose a hosting plan?▼
Hosting is optional on Tiers 1 to 3. Pick Managed Care at $99/mo + GST and you get hosting plus 1 content change per month included. Anything beyond that 1 change is billed at $150/hr + GST. Or pick Self-Managed at no monthly cost: I hand over the website files and you run it on your own host with your own domain. Tier 4 (Tailored Build) is Managed Care only at $499/mo + GST, with the same 1 change per month included and extras at $150/hr + GST.
Can I add an AI Receptionist or automation later?▼

Can I get my site faster?▼

Do I own the website?▼
Yes. Tiers 1 to 3 are a one-time payment and you own the result. Hosting is separate and month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel any time, or move the site to your own host.
Can I upgrade later?▼
Yes. You can move from a Starter or Standard tier to a Custom or Tailored Build. You only pay the difference in price plus the cost of any redesign work agreed up front.
What if I am not happy with the result?▼
You review and approve everything before it goes live. If something is not right I will work with you to fix it.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
I accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Klarna through a secure Stripe checkout. Tier 4 (Tailored Build) is invoiced and can be paid by bank transfer or card.
